For what purposes do we process your personal data?
The data that JDM S.R.L. collects through various channels (website, email, electronic forms, or paper forms and documents) within its activity, is processed for the following purposes:
- Maintaining the commercial and contractual relationship with our clients and suppliers.
- Managing and processing registration as a user of the private area on the website and facilitating access to the different functionalities, products, and services made available to registered users.
- Forward information about the new products and services of JDM S.R.L. companies.
- Sending commercial communications, bulletins, and newsletters with information about JDM S.R.L.
- Conducting studies and statistical analyses, as well as quality surveys on the services offered.

How long do we retain your data?
In the case of suppliers, clients, collaborators, and staff, we retain their data for as long as the contractual relationship with us lasts and, subsequently, for the period established by the applicable legislation. Regarding recruitment processes, the data will be retained for the duration of the process, and if the CV is of interest, it will be retained for a period not exceeding one year, after which it will be deleted or destroyed. Regarding actions aimed at commercial prospecting, the data will be retained until the individual opposes the processing or withdraws their consent.
Why do we use your personal data?
Your personal data is processed by JDM S.R.L. on the following legal grounds:
- Your consent or data voluntarily provided by you through any medium. In this regard, the inclusion of personal data in files is completely voluntary, and its collection is properly announced.
- The maintenance, development, and execution of a contractual relationship we have with you, in the case of: (i) providing services; (ii) employment, business, administrative relationship, among others.
- For legitimate interest, always respecting your right to personal data protection, honor, and privacy, for the development and dissemination of our products and services, analyzing the quality of the service provided and the degree of user satisfaction, as well as conducting studies and statistical analyses.
To whom will we disclose your data?
Your data will be kept under strict security measures to ensure its confidentiality and security. Likewise, they will only be disclosed to the entities and for the purposes outlined below:
- The data will be processed by JDM S.R.L., within the commercial and contractual relationship with the client.
- Entities and providers that provide services to JDM S.R.L. for the correct execution of our activities and projects. Said entities and providers are duly accredited and sign the corresponding data processing agreement with us in compliance with current data protection regulations.
To give you examples of the services our suppliers provide that may involve the processing of your personal data on behalf of JDM S.R.L., we can list, by way of illustration and not limitation: multidisciplinary professional services, logistics, legal advice, technological and IT services, courier and delivery, maintenance, security and surveillance, advertising and marketing, call centers, etc.
- Public bodies and authorities, as well as Courts and Tribunals, when there is a legal obligation to provide the data.
In the event of transferring your data to entities other than those mentioned, the user will be informed in advance about the transfer, the purpose, and the identification of the transferee, in order to give the corresponding consent.

What security measures do we apply to personal data?
JDM S.R.L. informs you that it applies the necessary security measures to prevent theft, alteration, or unauthorized access to data, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of application, and the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing, as well as variable risks of probability and severity for the rights and freedoms of individuals. In the case of contracting services, we require and ensure that the data processor applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security adequate to the existing risks, as set out in Article 32 of the General Data Protection Regulation. We also conduct Impact Assessments for those processing operations that we consider may pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, in order to implement the necessary and appropriate measures to prevent a breach of confidentiality.
What are your rights?
Every person has the right to know if JDM S.R.L. processes their personal data. They also have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Request the rectification of inaccurate data.
- Request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
- Object to the processing of your data, for reasons related to your particular situation, requesting that it not be processed by JDM S.R.L.
- In certain circumstances, request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only retain it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims.
- Withdraw, at any time, the consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to that withdrawal.
When you exercise your rights of erasure, objection, restriction, or withdraw your consent, JDM S.R.L. will cease processing your data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the establishment, exercise, or defense of potential claims.
